EASY Holiday Nibbles favorites for The Holidays and NYE too

Charcuterie

Charcuterie boards grew and grew as guests arrived!
Charcuterie boards grew and grew as guests arrived!

Not only is it super easy, I had everyone bring a favorite for the boards, to assemble as a team, and we kept adding and adding. It was fun! Meats, Cheeses, Jams, hot spreads, chocolates, berries etc. Oh and of course triscuts, french breads, etc. A grazer's dream!

Yum. Easy. Finger foods. Nibbly!!! I got a new board and I love it!!

Desserts

Having a dessert buffet makes nobody sad.

By far the best food of the season is a good artichoke dip! Every time I make this it goes sooo fast. I've learned to make 2 batches.

Cocktails

I like to occasionally make my cocktails sparkly with edible glitter!

Dirty Martini. Blue Cheese olives are my favorite this time of year and are easier to find in the winter. Try Trader Joe's ones. They are excellent!

Punch

Make a fancy ice ring with a bunt pan put water and something pretty in it. I did cranberries, orange slices, and tea lights and when it's frozen pop it out for the punch bowl.

Cranberry Punch

I made this one this year and it was fabulous! A big hit

One container of cranberry juice or cranberry juice cocktail

One large bottle or two normal sized individual bottles of Ginger beer

A container of wassail punch from Trader Joe's

I also once Served topped with cranberries and a large splash of the Sugarplum Soda from Trader Joe's

Edible food grade glitter for sugarplum effects optional

Champagne

This one is self explanitory especially for NYE

Crock Pot Meatballs

Soooooo easy. Get roughly 30 oz of frozen meatballs. Dump them in your crock pot and set on low for 2-3 hours. Add a bottle of bbq sauce and either grape jelly (a big jar) or something fancy like I did like the spicy raspberry sauce. Stir and let them cook. That's it! Don't forget a serving spoon!

Frozen Shrimp Ring!

Just defrost in the frige 10 hours (or their directions on the package) in advance then peel and serve! It feels elevated and requires minimal effort! We got this one at Costco and it was wonderful!
